GREEN OIL COMPANY

Pierce Engineers practices civil and environmental engineering and planning predominantly in the metropolitan regions of New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, California and in the Asian Pacific Rim.

We prepare engineering studies and designs for major private and public facilities, centering currently on inspection and work positioning for building envelopes of predominantly high-rise buildings in New York City that are in need of concrete and masonry repairs, reconstruction and restoration.

We specialize in rope access, an industrial application for inspection and work positioning that uses a redundant rope system and associated equipment specially designed for safe, flexible climbing, descending, horizontal movements and for rescue; and we utilize personnel certified by the International Rope Access Trade.

Also, we specialize in major environmental studies including impact assessments, wetlands banking; alternatives analyses, traffic and transport studies, contract general conditions for construction programs in New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania and California.

We prepare extensive environmental and geotechnical engineering designs and studies.

We pioneered in the use of quantitative deterministic and probabilistic analysis tools for scheduling, cost studies, value-engineering and risk assessment programs on large-scale infrastructure projects and programs, predominantly in New York and on military bases, nationwide. We provided testimony and technical assistance on that subject to the federal Office of Management and Budget, ASCE's Civil Engineering Research Foundation, state, local and quasi-public agencies.

We also are Green Oil Company.
